Whenever I admit to myself there is a flaw in my lifestyle that hinders me from being the healthiest person I can be, I want to change it. However, the hardest part of changing my routine is simply starting. I know I am not alone.

For me, this means it’s time for way too many holiday decorations, a house filled with the smell of pumpkin bread, finding the perfect Christmas gifts for loved ones and traveling to see lots of family and friends. It does not get better than this!
